 "Her Majesty" Elka, a.k.a. "the queen", is our alpha female. Totally confident and extremely intelligent, she is a "can-do" type of dog. She bonded instantly with Lindsey (a grandchild) and prepared to defend her when the child was approached by a stranger at the gas station. (But, like a sensible German Shepherd, when the man backed off, Elka did too. I was also proud of that.) |
"The queen's" grandfather, Jaeger von Fuerstenberg, SchH3, V-rated in tracking & protection, OFA, is a German import and a son of SGR. Henning van Noort 1988 Danish Sieger VA-1 Rating, SchH3, FH with vorzuglich, IPO3. Her other notable ancestors include:
